Jordan BrelandSenior Sales ManagerJordan began her career at Galatoire’s in 2014, working her way through front-of-house positions including bartender, server, and event server. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Orleans in business sales and marketing in 2018 and joined the Galatoire’s sales team in 2019. Jordan’s institutional knowledge and experience with event operations enables her to envision the tiny details that truly make an event come to fruition. Jordan works with our clients through menu planning and event detailing including timelines, décor, seating arrangements, and any other element needed to pull together the perfect event. Caroline OliverEvent Sales ManagerCaroline joined the Galatoire’s sales team in July 2021, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. She attended Millsaps College and graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2012. Caroline moved to Charleston, SC, where she worked her way from server to Director of Sales at High Cotton and Hall Management Group. In 2019, she relocated to her favorite city – New Orleans. Her enthusiasm for hospitality and for the city allows her to engage with clients to ensure every detail is perfection for a memorable dining experience. Alex RagonesiSales ManagerAlex is honored to join the team at Galatoire’s, bringing over 15 years of experience in the restaurant and events industry. Her career has spanned roles as a hostess, server, bartender, event coordinator, and sales manager. She graduated from Ohio State University in 2017 and relocated to New Orleans in 2023. Now proud to call New Orleans home, Alex has visited the city for more than a decade, developing a deep admiration for its culture. Her passion for the city, combined with her commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences, allows her to build thoughtful relationships with clients, whether locals, seasoned visitors, or first-time guests. Fittingly, Alex’s inaugural meal in New Orleans took place at Galatoire’s in 2015. She is excited to have come full circle and looks forward to sharing her expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine love of hospitality with all who walk through those iconic doors.
