1. What is the Dress Code?
    • Galatoire's dress code is business casual for lunch. Collared shirts are required for gentlemen. No shorts, t-shirts or flip flops.
    • Jackets are required for gentlemen starting at 5 p.m. nightly and all-day Sunday. Darker jeans without holes or rips are allowed.
  2. How do I make a group reservation?
    • Please call for parties of 6 or more.
  3. Is a set menu required for large reservations?
    • Our sales team will work with parties of 16 or more to create a custom menu so we can better accommodate the large group. Custom menus still allow for guests to make choices on site from the selections outlined on the custom menu. We typically offer three choices per course, depending on the guest count.
  4. Can I make a reservation for the First Floor? Can I make a reservation for Friday lunch?
    • The first floor is first come, first served. However, you are welcome to make a reservation for the second floor. All reservations will be seated on the second floor. We accept reservations through Tock.
  5. What is Friday lunch? What can I expect?
    • Friday lunch is an event like no other! The main dining room is an experience many locals and tourists have come to know and love throughout the years! The first floor is first-come, first-served and can get quite lively, especially during a Friday lunch. Those seeking an intimate atmosphere are encouraged to dine with us on our second floor.
  6. What are your hours of operation?
    • Our Dining Room is open from 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. On Sundays, we are open noon until 10 p.m.
    • Please note, we are closed on Mondays, Christmas Day, Mardi Gras Day and the entire 4th of July week unless otherwise noted.
