We have some exciting news to share about our growing team at Galatoire’s.
Billie Herring has been promoted to Sales Manager. She has served as our reservationist and sales assistant for the last 18 months. Her hard work and dedication are endless and we're excited to watch her excel in this role.
Jordan Breland has been with Galatoire’s for 5 years. She has worked her way through our front of house positions including bartender, server and banquet server. She is now our Event Sales and Operations Manager. Jordan has an abundance of institutional knowledge and recently completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Sales and Marketing.
Kristi Boudreau will be joining us April 15, coming from the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce. She has a Master’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism and will work closely with Billie as a Sales Manager.
I am bursting at the seams with excitement for this team. They come with fresh perspectives and vibrant energy. Together, we are looking forward to serving our private dining patrons in planning special events for the next season and many to come.
