The son of Leona Galatoire Frey and
grandson of Justin Galatoire, Justin Frey is especially
proud to bring the Galatoire’s name to Baton
Rouge.
Keeping with the family tradition of learning every
aspect of the business,
Justin joined the Galatoire’s kitchen staff in
1975 cracking eggs for the restaurant’s world famous
omelets and Eggs Benedict. He eventually worked his way
to the front of the restaurant as a manager.
Justin holds a bachelor’s
degree from Nicholls State University and is an avid
duck hunter, fisherman and golfer.
Justin loves the time-honored
Galatoire’s traditions
even though he too had to wait in line for a table with
his high school dates.
“Baton Rouge has welcomed the Galatoire family
into the community with such warmth and enthusiasm,” Justin
said. “I’m delighted to become a permanent
part of this terrific city.”
