Today, Galatoire’s Restaurant is overseen by Chief Operating Officer Melvin Rodrigue. Mr. Rodrigue works in close conjunction with David Gooch (grandson of Leon), Justin Frey (grandson of Justin), and Executive Chef Brian Landry.
